Free Tracking Number

A tracking number will be provided for each package of your order. The tracking number is usually sent to you by email between 2 to 3 days after your order is shipped from the warehouse.

Shipping insurance available!

For +9% of the order total, the shipping warranty protects you against breakage, loss or seizure of your package at customs.

If all or part of your order is missing, broken or seized in customs, we will send your order back to you free of charge (1 resend maximum).

The insurance does not cover the return if:

  • You have entered the wrong delivery address.
  • If the package stays too long at the post office although we have warned you to pick it up.
  • The non-delivery of the package is your responsibility.
  • If you do not provide us with a new address and name for returning the order.

The Insurance gives the right to 1 return of the order, and not a refund. Order returns are made once a month.

Extreme discretion and confidentiality

After you make a purchase on Anabroidsshop, the package(s) containing your order are extremely discreet, with no external signal about the source or contents, to respect your confidentiality. We’re used to ensuring that no one can recognize or guess the contents. There is no reason to be concerned about having the product shipped directly to your home under your name.
